What heat does to fragrance
Perfume reaches your nose by evaporating. Heat accelerates evaporation, so in Dubai a scent tends to open louder and burn through its top notes faster than the same bottle would in a temperate climate.
The practical consequence: the first thirty minutes feel more intense, and the total wear time is often shorter. That is normal chemistry, not a defective bottle.
What humidity does
Humid air holds fragrance molecules close to the skin instead of dispersing them quickly. In high humidity, a scent can feel heavier and more present around you even when it is not travelling far.
Air-conditioned interiors do the opposite. Dry, cooled air can make the same perfume seem to disappear, which is why a fragrance can feel enormous in a car park and quiet in an office ten minutes later.
Concentration matters more here than anywhere
