Where we deliver
We ship across all seven Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched from Dubai within 48 hours of payment.
Delivery is handled by our courier partner once the parcel has left us.
Timings after dispatch depend on the courier and your emirate. Deliveries to Dubai are typically the quickest, with the outer emirates taking longer.
We do not currently guarantee same-day delivery.

Shipping across the UAE is free. There is no separate delivery charge added at checkout.
Tracking your order
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as payment is completed. When your parcel is dispatched, we send a shipping notification with the carrier and tracking details where they are available.
If you have not received a shipping email within three working days of ordering, email valorebyleen@gmail.com with your order details and we will check it for you.
Our 30-day guarantee
If the fragrance is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
To start a return, email valorebyleen@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. Please keep the original packaging where possible, and do not dispose of anything before contacting us.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Damaged in transit: email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and the bottle, and we will arrange a replacement.
Wrong item received: email us with your order number and a photograph of what arrived, and we will correct it at no cost to you.
Missing parcel: contact us with your order number and we will trace it with the courier.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed on our side, the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
